★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good stay. Room was comfortable. Super duper satisfied with their housekeeping services. Everyday will do clean my room. Tidy up my bed. Clean the bathroom. I dont like messy room. I think this was one of the hotel that really care about the housekeeping. I’m not sure about other guests, but mine was really good. Satisfied with Parking also. Most important its Free. Owh not to forget, love the in room dining services. Had chicken chop for my sahur. Sedappppppp ?? . Fast checkin and checkout. Anyway thanks to all the staff with such good services. Will do come back for another stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is " the place " in KL a few years back. Now it still have the qualities of the bygone era but have been upgraded. With so many new malls growing like mushrooms around KL, this place s not too crowded as before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and comfortable room. Totally enjoyed the facilities and even the cleanliness is top.
The food and room service is quite good and worth every penny.
For people that seek calming place, would recommend here but ONLY ON WEEKDAYS as weekend is packed with lots of people especially kids. As its also combine with mall.
The only spoilt bit, is I need to go till 8th floor just for Hotel Parking and kinda dizzy bit as its in circular upward to reach 8th floor. For me, I would give 4.8/5 overall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotel. I could have a good sleep here compare to my last hotel experience. But the room still can hear soft sound from the train but not significant. Towel and bed sheets have some stained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel management should consider reserve parking dedicated for hotel guests instead of integrating it with mall shoppers to be convenient for hotel guests who want to check in. I feel devastated on the day I check in to this hotel whereby I have to find a parking lot for almost an hour. Time wasted. Emotions mixed. Will I ever come back here? No, until they find a solution for the parking here on weekends. Other than that, the hospitality provided by the hotel staff were great. It was a warm welcome, which changed my mood once I stepped into the lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying at 21st floor. Changed a room due to smoke smell. 2nd room having the same issue in the same floor. Unable to have a good sleep.
Room soundproof is poor as I can hear the next door guest coughing, TV sounds and talking. Luckily, I just booked for one night stay.
Recommend to friends? No.
Return for another stay? No.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co-located with a good shopping mall, the hotel is very convenient. There are many grocery, dining and snack options there from 10am onwards. The hotel itself is good. Very Clean And I had an excellent bathroom.
Be careful of the road outside at street level. The traffic is 2-way, even though most cars park as if it is 1-way. There is an officer on duty at peak hours to manage the traffic flow.
