★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome south indian restaurant in Langkawi. Prices are dirt cheap comparable to India with good quality and tasty south indian food items. We went there 4 times in our 3 day stay. Owner is also friendly and gave discount on our bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE PLACE HAS BEEN AROUND FOR A VERY LONG TIME OVER A FEW OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT. THE CURRENT PERSON KNOWN LOCALLY AS KC IS THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THIS PLACE AND HAS TAKEN OVER THE RUNNING OF THE RESTAURANT FOR THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF. SHOP OPENS AT 8AM WITH BREAKFAST OF IDLI, THOSAI, ROTI CHANAI, VADE, MEE HOON ETC. LUNCH IS SERVED FROM 11AM ONWARDS. PLACE IS GENERALLY PACKED DURING PEAK HOURS AND HOLIDAY SEASON SEES BIG GROUP OF TOURISTS. FOOD IS DELICIOUS, HOME MADE TASTE STAFFS ARE FRIENDLY. THEY CLOSE BY 3PM.

We visited this restaurant for dinner and ordered ghee and masala dosa. Dosa was soft and crispy served with chutney and sambar.

Better than options in KL.
