★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 ⭐ actually for the hotel staff, indeed they are very nice and helpful. But for the hotel room which was I'm stayed, it does not deserve 5⭐. Quite small for me to be called it as an executive room, but still nice setup and clean though. The breakfast was great, the nasi lemak was marvelous even though the sambal was quite spicy.

not much space to perform solah, only some space in front of the toilet and the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room size is just nice, not too big but not too small. Got window with the hallway view, useful for those that doesn't like rooms with no windows. Perfect for parents with two kids. Breakfast was included for 4 people.
Interior decorations were so beautiful! Last but not least, COVID-19 prevention SOP was highly executed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real Boutique hotel. Very cozy feel with warm lamp shade all around. Balinese feel with solid wood flooring and furnishing. Clean and big bathroom. Recommended deluxe room if you need bigger space. Served good and hot breakfast with branded coffee beans coffee. Recommended boutique hotel.
