★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old hotel in the heart of Alor Setar town. Pretty cheap but rooms are quite spacious. Very clean with nice view of the town. Near to tourist spots such as the Alor Setar Tower and Dataran Alor Setar. Darul Aman Mall is also within a walking distance. The hotel staff are also nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From outside look old building but you will be surprised when check in the hotel. Filly refurbished with modern facilities amd shower was great. Located at strategoc location amd nearby to Alor Setar Tower

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very familiar since I was a teenager. despite the legend of this hotel, but very nice, very large room, very comfortable, maintain cleanliness, front office always smile. located in the heart of the city center. Have stayed here several times with a colleague. Mantap Pak Abu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a call at 8pm saying my room would be cancelled. the staff said she called “many times” throughout the day. I only received calls that night. Staff were unprofessional when greeting guests for checking in. The receptionist greeted me with a “yes,what?”. There was no non-smoking rooms available. The smell of smoke in the room was very pungent and there were no towels available but we got 4 bathroom mats for some reason? won’t be coming again, I recommend you to find accommodation elsewhere. overall a low class hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an old hotel but quite spacious and with different pieces of furniture. The cleanliness has room for improvement. But the overall stay is good. Reasonable price and good value of money. Room type: Executive king with window. Strategic location. Free parking is available. Very nice and friendly staff. Water dispenser is available. Recommended budget hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old hotel but refurbished probably a couple years back. Wall paint, flooring, bathroom, wardrobe are new and nice. It is clean but cleaner could do a more thorough job by wiping surfaces and gadgets in the room. Location is good. Easy access to tourist spots, town and mall. Grab service is easy. Friendly staff. Good food in coffee house.A very satisfying stay and will go back.
