S	Syahir Hadziq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very worst hotel i've ever stayed. Very poor customer service. Totally not worth the money. Dirty room, broken toilet door, unhygenic toilet. Super dirty toilet bowl, shower rose with low pressure, leaking air-cond, damaged ceiling. Its better to change the "hotel" title to rumah tinggal. Luckily no sister ngesot came during our stay. TQ
A	Abong Bujang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in deluxe room. Upon arrival nobody manned the reception counter & have to searched around. Towels not readily in the room & we were given upon request. No toiletories in the bathroom. No place to hang the towel while taking bath. Water heater's booster pump & heating element were faulty too. Water hose was provided both for butt washing & showering. Since the bar for hanging the cloths was broken there is no cloth hangers provided. Very low quality window curtain. Talked to the receptionist & was told nothing much could be done. No other alternate room of similar type available. No worth for money.
S	Somsak Mahawan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old budget hotel, not much facilities to speak of. Bed is comfortable though, but bedsheet has stains. Hot shower isn't hot at all. Only good thing here is it's proximity to the jetty.
G	GEAP Suppiah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Room 3 family room. 1x double and 2 singles. The beds were comfortable with clean linen. However we noticed that our double mattress were torn The bathroom sliding door was falling apart, with brown tape holding sections together. When my daughter used the lock, she couldn't unlock it. Fortunately we could pass her a pen knife screwdriver to remove the lock! The water heater was not working/connected so the shower was a cold dribble. One half of a double socket was burnt out. The a/c was unable to cool the room fully and remained at 26c despite the hand set showing 20c. We wouldn't stay here again

Price is consider expensive for that kind of facilities, I could get a much better boutique designer hotel stay in Kuala Terrengganu at suite18 for the same price.
R	Rohana Sadri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel rooms is huge but dont have enough facilities. Should have provided heather or kettle for hot water. We stayed at first floor and had to go down to get hot water. Location is superb as so close to the jetty.
