★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy my staying here. The hotel a little bit isolated from the city but not too far from it. And I really like the food. This is the first time i ever taste a tasty food in a hotel. Hats off to the chef.

Unfortunately the reception guy is supposed to be taught how to talk nicely with the elderly guest.
Management should look into these 'manner' matter, not only 'money' matter.

Our room was scary with leaking stains on the wall, terrible bathroom, bedsheets so old there are not white anymore. There were abandoned rooms with doors opened. The surroundings are not peacefull, instead it is earie. I won't be coming here, ever again.

2) Housekeeping @ cleanliness✔️
2) Water pressure need to be improved quickly ? because its too low during peak hours.
3) Good facilities...Family pool and nice scenery✔️✔️
4) Suitable for wedding event. Reasonable price package✔️✔️ 5) Very helpful and friendly staff??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say this place is straight bad, for the price too expensive, the room overall is not maintain. Alot is broken from toilet to aircond, i would not recommend people to stay here. Avoid at all cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really friendly and helpful receptionist and f&b staff. Stranded during flood, receptionist guide until arrive at hotel. Want to check in for 2nd night but been advise there's a way to pass and even guided me to drive thru that flood. Thanks to the nice girl receptionist ? !
