β β β β β Tiada lift, rooms not safe after housekeeping, bilik dibuka tanpa dikunci oleh cleaner agak menyedihkan & bila2 masa barang boleh hilang
There is no lift, rooms not safe after housekeeping, room opened without locking by the cleaner is sad & when the item can be lost

β β β β β Family room tingkat3... sliding door balcony kunci pintu rosak dan tak boleh lock...tv tidak berfungsi dan tiada siaran astro... kettle untuk masak air pun tak berfungsi... pihak hotel semantan sila ambil tindakan susulan demi keselesaan pelanggan... terimakasih
Family room level3 ... sliding door balcony door lock is broken and can not lock ... tv does not work and no astro broadcasts ... kettle for cooking water does not work ... hotel mansions take action follow-up for the convenience of customers. .. thank you
