โ โ โ โ โ 20/5/2022 at 7.47pm.the room not ready yet?????.check in take 1 hour. Actually already inform the reservation and staff said yes..name in side the system. I dont know why nees to wait for 1 hour. I am so angry now! Nit recommended!!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. Staff are friendly, even the cleaners! Had a pleasant night here. Suitable for those who had a tight budget, looking for a comfortable place to sleep.
However, the lift at floor 3A often stuck, and the walls between rooms are quite thin, so you may get disturbed if you're sensitive to loud sound/noises.
Despite it, still recommend it ?

โ โ โ โ โ Called for booking two days before checking into the hotel, the staff gave me their business WhatsApp number and told me to contact them there, so I did. My request is a double room, a room with a larger space (a room in the new building). Then the staff wrote me the price of RM198.00, and I banked in to them and send the bank e-receipt to them through WhatsApp. Then, they sent me an e-receipt, which indicated that my reserved room was a deluxe room. Although my request was a double room, and they gave a deluxe room, but the price was correct, so I accepted it. When I went to check in that day, the staff gave me ANOTHER room, not the room number indicated on the e-receipt, so I asked why the room was different? The staff told me that room was GIVEN to someone else and this room is the same. When I entered the room, I found that she gave me a double room. When I checked the receipt she printed to me that day and found that it said double room, and there was no membership discount. I find it strange and check the e-receipt they send to me. The e-receipt they sent to me clearly stated that it was a deluxe room. Why did it CHANGE to a double room?
So I went to the front desk and asked. The staff said that because I asked for a double room, they made MISTAKE on the e-receipt and they didn't re-send it to me. It was their fault, and then she said that I was also wrong, because I saw that the receipt was written in the deluxe room and didn't go to complain, so it was MY FAULT. At first, I thought that since the money already bank in, I would not pursue it, but in the end I was blamed. The more I think about it, the more upset I get, they gave me the wrong room (deluxe room), I thought it was more expensive by RM10 but the space is big and comfortable, so itโs okay, I accept it. But I accept your mistakes, and she said itโs my fault too! After that, she gave me back RM20 because the room was changed to a double room. So if I don't ask, I won't get the money back right? The point is I accepted their mistake and they blamed me?!
