★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since after PKP the condition of the rooms and service are acceptable but I really suggest TV channel must be up grade.Guest try ro resr and enjoy the moment watching TV unfortunately only 1 channel is available.TQ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a rundown hotel. Poor hospitality. Poor cleanliness. Electrical plug 50% cant use. Lighting switch some not fuctioning. I dont use fridge as it was off with dirty water stain. Aircon cannot control the fsn speen and intermittant cold. Look at aic con unit, i guess its already at lesst more than 10 - 15yrs old. Parking is separated from hotel and the grass is taller than human and no sign of any grasscutting here. Overall, if no choice and just to get a sleep ok, otherwise a big no.

I'm very surprised to see a very small door room..the size of the door is same as hose reel door which located next to the room no. 212..maybe the room was a store room that has been renovated.. the room is very small & congested .. it's a room with queen bed but very small room..& has bad odour too.. check the room before you pay!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty cheap and simple hotel located in the heart of Kangar. Walking distance to public amenities. Parking spaces available, and offer nice view from the window. Just relax and try not to compare with a 5 star hotel.

Family Room was clean, two beds, aircon good working..
WiFi v slow... Old style TV and no clear picture quality... Did not watch during stay..
No bellman service but provide trolley to carry luggage to room.
No breakfast and basic things services eg water, tea, plates etc
in big trouble when have to buy water or other accessories in late evening. I have to travel to 7 eleven for buying anything after 7pm..
KFC nearby
Good for Individual travels or locals but not for foreigners.
Actually not meant options of good hotel in Perlis and from that's pint of view, it's still good..
