Additional star given for location: very near the train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bedsheets were stained and the staff were rude and also wasn’t helpful at all. When we called up the receptionist to request for changing the bedsheets, she asked us to change it ourselves because there were no housekeeping staffs were on duty after 5pm. I’d rather prefer to book another better hotel for the price I’m paying here. Very disappointed with my stay here.

a male staff was not friendly and so unprofessional.
watching youtube and he not pay attention to conversation i think, no intend to slow down the sound was so loud till we need to repeatly a few time each conversation to him..no smile at all on his face.
2nd visit 16/01/2021 ..during checkout time on next day..a female staff at counter..was so rude when my wife asking about deposit was deducted rn30 for 45 minute late check out. i was not informing my wife about the charges but the staff should be politely explaining to my wife not giving her a voice tone as like she did call my wife before.
my wife didnt know at all.

Cyclists-friendly hotel. It's our 3rd time staying here. We had a room for 3 (Room 303) and it's very spacious. Plenty of space even after we brought 3 bikes into the room. There is an elevator for us to bring our bike up to the room.
There are nice restaurants, Family Mart and Gemas KTM Train station within walking distance of this hotel. Our favourite restaurant is Wang Lai Restaurant, directly behind this hotel.

I checked in to this hotel, the female staff is quite rude where she higher her voice even there are no people at the reception and shows dislike emotion to us when we asking questions and ask for iron. I'm quite disappointed. But the next morning, the receptionist is fine and cheerful.
