โ โ โ โ โ Nice staff and clean. No WiFi, No Astro (As advertised) road very noisy. First hotel in 40+ in Malaysia to refuse to let us bring our bikes in overnight.

โ โ โ โ โ A new hotel, no breakfast. They need to make sure the floor has cleaned properly. A minus point for me. You can spot this hotel while you driving at the main road. Located beside the main road. The problem is, they put the hotel sign board in front of a restaurant. At the first time, you will get confused. you wouldn't check in at restaurant reception right? And i have seen one as a victim while having my dinner ????, you need to walk away to the next building. But don't expect you will found any sign of the hotel board. The only sign board is at inside the hotel. hotel reception ????????.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service. Very old mattress and furnitures. Only from outside look new. Very dirty walls in room. Very poor maintenance. Aircond hot and bathroom not clean and pipe problem. Nothing can settle by the staff after complain also. Technician not around and can't change room also is unacceptable answer by the staff. Gemas small town so difficult to get hotel so they took advantage of it..

โ โ โ โ โ Really not worth the money hotel. Very bad room services. Instant coffee, tea, sugar or else not provided. Have not even a single toiletry item provided. No electric kettle provided. Giving iron upon request but have no ironing board. Toilet tissue roll provided as tissue. Air-cond not cool and irresponsible technical staff. Customer service is really bad. No extra pillow at all. For the price they charge, the service is really needs to be improved. Giving 1 star just for the cleanliness.
