โ โ โ โ โ The hotel is nice. Suddenly there's no water at 5.30am in the bathroom. We check out at 7am still no water. But many thanks to the staff in charge because he manage to get us water from somewere else. Thank you again....

โ โ โ โ โ Cheap and clean hotel. Close to the airport. There is automatic laundry, Domino's pizza and minimarket nearby, so its very convenient for family to stay. However, they charge a little bit more than the published rate.

โ โ โ โ โ It's superb... Family not available but staff was so kind to let us have 2 rooms and next to each other, it was considered last minute booking, we managed to settle the kiddos with no cranky, mamak shop just behind. It's a nice good hotel for a transit.

โ โ โ โ โ Stay here for only one night because of my business trip. The staff is okay, very friendly. They also have taxi service, price is cheaper than the normal taxi. Room is small. The thing I didn't like is the room. The room is dirty, bathroom is also dirty. The light also got problem, very bad.

โ โ โ โ โ The room was okay at its best, the location is good but there is no room service, you have to come to the reception to get even a class of water,The airport shuttle cost me about the same as the room itself, 70 RM to be precise.Won't recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ The real price was much higher than they officially promote on booking agencies.
It includes tax, service fee, tips and additional 10 MYR per day as another kind of fee. So they charged me approximately 50% more.
But still, it was quite cheap to stay here.
AC, water heater, bed - everything was fine.
WiFi was very bad though, too slow and unstable.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor management. I already booked but suddenly told me that they're sold out. Their ask me to find other hotel in night time and I alone. Their also don't have any effort to help you. Their blame me because I don't call them and ask the booking. This is the first time happen to me. I booked hotel by booking.com so many times. Never happen like this.
