the process was smooth and painless
the doc very helpful and provide details explanations
each ear took less than 10minutes
highly recomended
however, not every insurance panel accepted here

โ โ โ โ โ NEVER GO TO THIS UGLY PLACE!
I visited 2 times, first time for ear wax removal, the unqualified dr (I'm very sorry to call him dr because he doesn't desever the title) injured my ear badly and I got charged RM135, 2 days later my ear started to swollen like anything...
I go back second time and again another unqualified dr said oh yeah he injured your ear while removing the wax it happen sometimes! And he gave me wrong medication and charge me RM35!
After use the wrong medication the unqualified dr gave I couldn't sleep for 1 night, then I called them and asked to write me a letter to go to serdang hospital, they gave be great treatment in the serdang hospital but I been in pain for more than 1 week...
I'm writing this here and I'm gonna report them to the ministry of health and I will sue them inshaallah because those 2 unqualified dr shouldn't practice medication and they cause me bad harm.

โ โ โ โ โ Come here for earwax and remove warts ..honestly compare to klinik kesihatan here provide better service
The diffrence is using latest technlogy compare to klinik kesihatan and really helpful reduce time for treatment
Recently also come for my baby circumcision and i will recommend this clinic for the plastibell technique recommended by the doctor only in 5 days all heal without any problem
Highly recommend clinic for all this kind treatment

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly Dr. Fauzi and his nurses are super duper awesome!!! and their professionalism is at the top of my rating list. From the customer experience to the diognosis and treatment I would add more stars but we'll I guess 5 would have to do! Highly recommend!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I did microsuction for impacted earwax with Dr Fauzi. He was so cautious and talked me through it so I felt very comfortable. He also showed me pre and post suction imagings, it felt really good! If I ever go there again I would definitely ask for Dr Fauzi again :D
