They either rip you off or scam you outright, as happened to me with u-mobile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just been to the maxis Hotlink store located just after the immigration counter in KLIA 2. The woman whom we approached was extremely rude. The first thing she said to us was, “how much?!” Without even glancing at us. We didn’t want to buy anything, but simply needed some troubleshooting on a prepaid SIM card we had bought just over a week ago.
She continued to sigh, reply in exasperated tones and barked at us. At some point she even threw her own phone on the counter. She was rude, unhelpful and frankly have a very bad impression of the country. I am malaysian and my husband is French. I was embarrassed he was greeted this way. What happened to hello? Please and thank you?
I would never recommend this shop and definitely not this particular sales woman. Try a different mobile service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope this is the right Maxis store. I’m at the arrival hall of klia2.
I am extremely upset by the treatment here. The man, Lahish I think was his name was very rude and mean. I am shocked that such a good company would have someone so rude. I made a complaint on Maxis chat and was told they submitted a report but let’s see if there is any action taken.
Honestly, even if the man just apologized or showed some humanity everything would be fine. He was just too much.
My photo is of him after he yelled at me when I asked him for his name and then I told him if you don’t give me your name for your identification then I’ll have to take a photo (yes it sounded bad, but that’s the situation I was put in). And he tried to grab my phone.
Anyways I hope Maxis gets back to me soon.
Also, we had a great experience just at the Digi store nearby so just avoid this Maxis store and go to Digi.

I asked how to go to transfer desk.
Then they told me wrong information with laughing.
They are not proffessional people to work there.
I will never recommend you to go there.
You may angry after you meet them.
I strongly request them to have a basic service class and learn something.
