★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a simple shave, this place takes up to 6 hours even after making an appointment. Time management is literally non-existent. Dogs are also kept in a very tiny waiting area until its their turn. Can’t recommend this salon unfortunately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place and have recommended to many friends already. Our Shih Tzu always comes out looking super cute after his wash and cut. Suggest making an appointment as they’re quite popular and don’t be in a rush, they call you when your pooch is ready. Very patient in understanding what I wanted and with the multiple different soaps/shampoos for the different parts of my pooch (he has extremely sensitive skin).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make an appointment to dematt my cats fur after he recovered from an illness. The vet clinic said my cat's fur needed to be cut with a clipper so that healthy fur would grow back. However when I explained all that to the receptionist during our call, they rudely said that they would not provide this service and hung up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware that prices can change very quickly as to what is indicated when booking and when you are actually there sending your pet. Be sure to listen for the soft whisper of “price FROM”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a smaller pet salon compared to the massive academy that they have in Subang (which is where I usually bring my golden retriever Kai to get groomed). I usually see some smaller dogs that come here for their baths and grooming, and they look very happy waiting for their owner's to pick them up in their individual crates in an air conditioned room. It's also a convenient place to pick up high quality dog food, shampoo, supplements, eye drops and other doggie things for your spoilt pooches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Established since 1999 and still tip top after 20 years. This is a proof of good grooming and professional management. Probably the only grooming salon that could do stripping and plucking professionally in Malaysia.
