Not comfortable dealing with the groomer.
Maybe new , maybe not !!.
After I put my dog and I saw how they treat her , I did take her and walk away .
My dog and I ,didn't feel safe and comfortable

β β β β β Big and spacious compared to the waterfront outlet, but unfortunately social distancing still not possible because the staff likes to follow you very closely. Like seriously, it's covid-times, please keep 2m distance at least. In any case, not a lot of motivation to visit as the choice of brands is very poor, especially for cat owners.

β β β β β The grommer just ignore me when my dog has done, tried waving them, they ignore while they playing phone and mind their own business. I not come to sightseeing!!! I came to bring my dog back home!!!!

β β β β β Great service at the pool, my corgi enjoyed every minute of it. However there is a long wait at the grooming session while the cut is not of a nice cut overall. We love the swim session. Keep the pool option open everyday pls for member.

β β β β β Interesting to find that they have a play pool for dogs. Not sure what are the charges but will definitely be fun for the fur babies. The cashier was very helpful. Price is items sold here are on the higher side.
