Ipoh service centre attend it very fast and confirm with consumer that they have acknowledge your problem. Service engineer deployed to your resident on next day. Service engineers pay attention to understand the problem prior what actions need to be taken. This is excellent service . Many thanks to Ipoh service centre staffs and executives not forgotten Mr. Kwong and Mr. Kent . ** I recommend HP laptop to everybody **

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are efficient. Managed to get a 1-for-1 exchange in 3 business days. But the 2 ladies at the front counter are rude af. Reply to us as if we owe them a million dollars. The other girl long hair girl (about late 20s) didn’t even turn to reply us and simply said “just wait” in a very rude tone. We are living 2022, educate yourselves with some manners please.
