★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the chimichurri restaurant in here . They sell a very good food plus it's super healthy ! And it's cheap also . Recommended! . Sadly inform that they remove to JAYA ONE .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there as a visitor for some of my company related work. Very old lifts and slow. HP customers and service centre located in the building. Services are not quick as expected. Parking is a bit different types and expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a corporate office and mostly commercial building. Parking there is a nightmare. The open air car park is for season parking only. For visitors you have to park st the basement and good luck finding a spot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here quite a few times, mainly because because I send in my office's printer/pc/laptop for repair at HP's service centre at this bulding. There are many parking spots available/reserved for HP customers here. So far I have never had to wait for one. For first timers, it could be tricky to find the road leading to the entrance of this building.

MRT Semantan is available but must be aware of the weather as there will be a lot of outdoor walking.
