β β β β β Sorry, maybe you guys should consider to change your name from steakhouse to fast food steak. Quite frustrated with the quality of the food. The meat is though to chew. For the moment I thought I was eating rubber. Sorry if your expect something special from HR Steak House well guess what forget about it

β β β β β This is what they call spaghetti meatball. Well... it's not like I have not eaten meatballs in my life before or even cooked them, but this is actually 'fish balls or crabmeat balls' used with steamboat or odden. When highlighted to the cashier he stoned faced told me that was what they use in their spaghetti meatballs recipe. He said 'hok ni laa yg kita guna'. Hahaha.. I definitely wouldn't come back to this place. It's just that it was late and not many eateries were open during Raya so we end up here. This is certainly the place for newbies to western food. Sorry, totally not recommended.

β β β β β I think the only nice thing about this place is from outside it looks nice and chill& relaxing place. I ordered sirloin steak. The sauce is nice. The steak is so chewy, not even warm, takes time to chew it. I can't even bare to finish it. My family ordered sizzling but they served normal plate and just said they don't the sizzling plate. The food presentation was messy too. I'm sorry that my family and i really not enjoying the western food here. Definitely my first and last time to eat here.

β β β β β I ordered speghetti meatballs and it dosen't taste like meatball/chicken at all. It taste like expired frozen meatball with lots of sourness flavour in it and today I just got diarrhea after eating those foods...I also attached a photo, you can see the color of the meatball wasn't right. And it taste like sht, trust me. Not recommended!

β β β β β Food taste is ok, cold fries, and they pour the thousand island sauce with the fries ??ββοΈ. Also they dont ask u a choice either u want mashed potato or coleslow. The bread is not grilled or whatever. Just cold break cut half. The juice is taste only sugar.

Price is very affordable ?
Avoid to come at peak hour as it may take longer time to serve you ?

β β β β β Food is horrible here! All came cold. Even the garlic bread and chicken chop. This is ridiculous never coming back to this shop. Totally waste of money and time. Please avoid this place. I wonder why there are still many ppl here.

β β β β β The taste very different. Absolutes not my taste.. But the price is really cheap, no wonder people still choose it.. Just taste by yourself.. The restaurant taste good before MCO. After this meal, I'm not gonna repeat,again. What the most important, please do not try the pineapple juice,?
