★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried the Suraya 1 many years ago, it was quite good. But this Suraya 2 I think it's even better in terms of taste and variety. Very crowded, need to be patient for people to finish eating and to get a table. Their food is pretty good if craving for Thai food. The fish was tasty enough, the sup daging was great as well, along with their stir fried vege and telur bistik as well. Their dessert pulut mangga was awesome too. Overall, nice food and place but must get here early to get a table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good mixed rice here. And their specialty is Nasi Kukus. Lots of other foods available especially Thai just look around. A little bit warm at noon in here though due to zinc roofing. But the price we paid was very reasonable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is at Kampung Baru, very nice place to go when u visit Kuala Lumpur, especially in Ramadhan, shopping for raya at jalan TAR, must visit this place for iftar.
This year (2022) for iftar they have change their food menu, which is a bit dissapointed because a years before they have 'masakan panas' and you can order for iftar (i preferred kengsom siakap, thumbs up). This year only specific menu, and u need to que each food counter start around 5.00pm. I've book the table at 3.30pm. 6.30pm ive come and que for each food i want.
The menu for bulan puasa is nasi kerabu, nasi khomok, nasi dagang, ayam percik, ayam gulai, gulai ikan tongkol, nasi ayam berempah, pulut mangga, lokcing, and many other sides.
Parking, is very limited around kampung baru.
