★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had one of the worst and nastiest customer service treatments with the staff from HRZ, including its GM, Albert. Came to self pickup my liqueur and was given the run around by Ann who asked to contact person 2. When Person 2 was contacted, he said to contact Person 3. Strike one. After I told Ann that this process didn't make sense and that it was difficult, she scoffed a reply by saying "That day when i was around you didn't come". She actually scoffed at the end of her statement. Strike two. Despite all this, I took the time to provide constructive feedback by calling their landline. Spoke to their GM who is probably one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. When I asked if he was willing to receive my feedback (I always ask first), he asked obnoxiously "how did you get my number?! Do I have the right to listen to this?! What do you mean feedback, does that mean my service is not good enough?! And finally, before I could continue with anything, he said "Can you call my handphone ah? I'm actually rushing to go to the market!" Strike three. I thanked him politely for his time and ended the call. Joke's on me for wanting tp gove feedback privately. No wonder the staff behave that way, a fish rots from the head down.
