Opened an account with HSBC last week. Attempted to make a simple international transfer at this branch this week which has taken 4 days, 2 x 2hour visits and numerous What’s apps to finally get it done. Left me feeling exhausted. I thought HSBC were an international leader in banking?

I've tried many local and international banks. But this one is another level!! Super fast and a very helpfull manger and this one staff Li... I wish all banks have someone like her. She finished my request within half an hour.... while other banks to wait for your number is 1 hours already and ending up not finishing your work or reject due lack of some requirement. I really recommend this bank above any other bank in Malaysia.. defiantly they gained one loyal customer for life.

Best bank in Malaysia. Probably because it is not Malayan but overseas bank. Only bank in Malaya that has functional customer service. Thank you HSBC.

Had issues with an international transfer. Was a total pain to go through the phone banking system. However, the account manager at the branch, Norizzati, really stepped up and took her time to resolve my case and explain the issues to me. Reliable bank and would definitely stick with them if customer service continues to stay the same.

I am a Premier customer with a 'dedicated' Relationship Manager. I have to practically beg them to help and/or call me. Truly awful customer service, and I wish there were a better alternative.

About five years ago the premier service was great but standarda have dropped so much and I have had repeatedly truely awful service since. I dont blame the staff who appear to be overwhelmed and untrained, it is HSBC'S fault

No service at the premier area. No body noticed I was waiting. Seemed like I suddenly become made of glass and not noticeable. Later I asked to speak to anyone and a young man came to help even though it wasn’t his duty. Thanks man. And when he solved my problems I asked if I can give the branch manager a feedback. He pointed me to someone called Isabel apparently the manager. She was uninterested just going about whatever she was doing looking busy and kept me waiting. Of course with a manager like that how could I expect any level of good service. I couldnt wait for people with such attitude, and just left after a while…my goodness, nowadays how execs represent their good name companies!!!
