★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down to the best dental clinic I have ever been so far. Top notch customer service and smooth process of getting everything done. Went there to extract 4 wisdom tooth at once and everything was done under 30 minutes with minimal to no pain. All thanks to Dr. How and his nurse, Miss Liling. Dr. How did everything in a calmly and professional manner during the extraction. They did a good follow up after the post extraction of my wisdom tooth. Really appreciate for the follow up on the customer :) Will recommend anyone to pay them a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr How and his team are amazing! Had my wisdom tooth extraction and the process was barely painless. After the extraction, Dr How's team clearly explain on the oral hygiene. They also make a follow up and care about the healing of the wound. Their services are highly attentive and professional. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional team, made sure I was comfortable the whole visit and I definitely was. Highly recommend Dr How. Have been to see him twice for my wisdom teeth removal (both top & bottom) and both times there was barely any discomfort. Had to do a filling on the day as well and he was very gentle with that too. Like the needle used for the local anaesthesia, can’t feel it as it is super thin. Also thank you to Dr Lim for the scaling & polishing, and Lucy for the advice and assistance throughout my procedures. Overall, had a great experience and will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Imperial Dental Specialist Center for the first time.
I had my tooth removed by Dr. How, there was no pain during the procedure and also I did not have to take any pain killer after that, only the antibiotic. Doctor has done a very good job.
The nurse also gave me a detailed brushing instructions and explained me about oral hygiene.
She sent me a message the next day and follow up on my condition after the tooth removal even on a Sunday. Very impressed.
No waiting time upon arrival, yes it was expensive but over all experience was very good. I am happy that I found this dental clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to Imperial dental for implant and crown since 2017. They use scanner and 3d print for their crown. Recommend dr How and for any crowns and implant treatments. Thank you dr teoh and team for the service. They also recommended me dolce ultrasonic toothbrush for my gums very good product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two thumbs up! Dr. How was exceptional and very attentive. He took time and great care to discuss my mother’s situation and train us how to care and clean the wound, with as many as 4 family members and caregivers who had gone before I could arrive from abroad! That is genuine professionalism. Dr.Ooi was also very patient and kind. Together, they healed my aged mother’s gum which was seriously infected from molar decay and neglect due to MCO and a subsequent botched tooth canal from another location. Repeated deep cleaning visits, followed by the use of the water floss at home, finally brought much pain relief and success. The use of the ultra sonic electric toothbrush further enhanced and expedited her healing. The staff was always respectful and friendly. Special thanks to dedicated nurse LiLing for going above and beyond, checking on my mother frequently. She calls/texts mom frequently to encourage mom, to ensure she is sticking to the routine and progressing well. Can’t say enough. Grateful and very happy customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast and very professional. The doctor named Shu Hang is very good at explaining things and is very good at keeping patients calm. My mom did root canal, extraction and 2 implants, all just within a 20 minute period. According to my mum, it’s totally painless and she felt relieved right away when the treatment started. Previously, my mum had a bad experience with 2 other dentists which performed failed root canal treatments and incomplete treatment. My mum’s lady boss recommended her to come to Dr How and she’s really glad that she did. Everyone here are very friendly and the environment is clean and comfortable, especially Dr Shu Hang was really helpful and give very detailed explanation to my mum and I before the treatment, and also the after care was superb, made sure my mum was feeling okay and comfortable and proceeded to give tutorials on how to correctly brush teeth. The Dolce branded electric toothbrush was recommended to use. This is definitely a great experience and highly recommended if you’re looking for a dental specialist center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today me and my girlfriend went to Imperial Dental Specialist Centre for treatment. I went there for washing and polishing, same as my girlfriend. The staff was very friendly and nice, she explained to me how to correctly brush our teeth and introduce us the ultrasonic electric toothbrush for better cleaning performance on the areas that we normally couldn’t reach. The treatment went very well, I didn’t feel any pain during the polishing process. The dentist named Dr. David, he was very kind and very informative as well. The price here was reasonable compared to other dentist centres. Total up we spent RM570.00 (including payment of mine and my girlfriend). We had a very pleasure experiences here and I definitely suggest you to come here if you have teeth-related problems. Kindly reminder, you can always call to make appointment before you come here. It will be a lot easier and you can save your time during the peak hour.
