I can’t believe they took 30min to serve one customer. People working here walk slowly, do slowly, talk longer then carry out their tasks on hand. If you are ready to come, please be prepare! The worst bank on their efficiency.

The service is terrible. Waiting for around 45 minutes just to serve one customer. The staff also treat their customer impolite.

I think this branch lacks personnel - I have already waited downstairs, and I have to wait again on the 2nd floor. I do not recommend going here.

Slow service. Long waiting time, you can wait 45mins and not meet one officer cause the security wont even let you queue inside. Avoid this branch.

Worst bank service ever in Malaysia!!! Called 4 times bef CNY for customer service juz asking for UK customer service phone number. But all providing invalid ones. I had to purposely took a day off to visit to this branch. However the staff also giving excuses for not helping me. I felt cheated for opening bank account in HSBC!! Can’t pay school fees n can’t even get staffs to help me change personal details!!!!

Slow service... No one pick up call... Wait for 20-30 mins, 5 counters just served 2 customer ? all staff keep walking here and there... I wonder u didn't train ur staff how to use ur system isn't ? Some customers stay at the same counter over 30 mins, no communication with the staff ????? So ???? We need to wait till when ? Bye HSBC

I made an appointment way in advance, yet they still made me wait 45 minutes. Their excuse was they only had 2 officers and 1 of them was serving another customer. What's the point of appointments if you won't respect your customer's time anyway? If this is how they treat their Premier customers then I can only imagine what normal banking is like. Only reason they get 2 stars is because they helped me achieve what I came to do after all the dilly dally.
