โ โ โ โ โ staffs are kind to assist , after renovation it feel more comfort. you can take lift to second floor to buy medication , eventually staff can help to take also

โ โ โ โ โ I've been this pharmacy for few times already. The environment is very comfortable, staff were friendly, and the price also cheaper ! They also provide an elevator to go upstair ! The only pharmacy with an elevator in Ipoh ! I am very satisfied !

โ โ โ โ โ Very,very bad bad bad after sale service ! Been advised to buy a pair of "very good quality" compress socks which "very different from other brands" on 10/09 ! That's is why more expensive compared with other brands ! It didnt help but ended up create scars all around my knee after wearing it for only 2 days ! Went to the pharmacy 3 times to get further assistance as the girl kept telling me will check with the manufacturer then come back to me, but never until today !

โ โ โ โ โ The products are scattered here and there, some upstairs and some downstairs. The prescription drugs are all the way back on the second floor. Itโs difficult to find the products and compare prices. Many products are not priced and the promotions are not well advertised. For instance, I wanted to buy body lotion, there are some upstairs n downstairs, some on one aisle n bottom front aisle etc. Iโm not satisfied I chose the best priced lotion and I donโt know if I have missed out on promotions. Very unsatisfied n disappointed. I used to love this pharmacy but now since the new layout itโs hard to get to the items n find new products.

โ โ โ โ โ This pharmacy provides excellent customer service. The products are arranged neatly than the other common pharmacy. The staffs will even press the lift for you and assist you and leads you to the product that u wanted. The staff also explained a lot for the CNY promotion! This pharmacy really deserve a 5 star! ???
