Nice pan mee, noodle make from scratch. Boss are nice even i always ask for a lot cili padi. Drink stall never force customer to buy drinks compare the previous shop at the corner, sometimes really too full to have a drink

Ban mee is nice but with net off with the waiting time, you will get piss off. Super long waiting time. Almost 1 hr 30 mins on Saturday. Please don’t come on weekends. I am writing without my food being serve yet... I wanted to rank 1 star, but the ban mee is really not bad

One of the better version of Pan Mee in Ipoh. Sorry no pics, too hungry to take any...

Waited over 40 mins and had high expectations on the noodle. The noodle is chewy but it was tasteless.

They have the best panmee. I am Ipoh people and I crave for this every single time when I'm studying in Selangor. If you want to come on weekends and Monday (got pasar malam) don't complain wait too long okay you can choose not to wait, everyone here very patient one. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU NEED TO WAIT BECAUSE THEY COOK ONE BY ONE. Please understand. If you want fast, they opened a stall opposite the gunung rapat pasar in the morning to afternoon too. Less people and less queue. Go as you free. But I think for the dry pan Mee, Kl one is nicer. The wet panmee is my every time order, the amount of panmee, I always finish until can see the bottom of the bowl hahahaa. Clear vege soup. Generous portion of greens!

福记板面 stall opens during evening time only. Many customers flock here for a satisfying meal of pan mee. They have trust here as can be seen how they faithfully follow the path of this stall changing location a few times within the Ipoh Jaya area. Recently it shifted from the corner 中華 coffee shop to set up its stall inside Tien Kee (沺記) kopitiam. This group of 4 or more operate their stall in a professional manner: a specialist for each section like writing down orders, weighing portions of raw pan mee, preparing the ingredients, cooking the mee, etc. Two choices: the pan mee served dry (with soy sauce + lard) or with hot soup, both topped with some fried, dried anchovies. Each comes with fish balls and tender pork slices in a small bowl of flavourful soup. The pan mee is cooked to perfection in a cauldron of gurgling, boiling hot water by the master chef. The pan mee is firm to bite or to use the Italian term 'al dente' to describe perfectly cooked pasta. I would rate the pan mee here the best in Ipoh Jaya and Gunung Rapat area, taking the morning stalls into account as well.

One of the very good pan mee in ipoh. I came to this one (there's another at gunung rapat morning market) to try it out. At 5.30pm there wasn't so much of a queue. Ordered a dry version of pan mee. It was good. The noodles have great consistency, quite springy and flavourful. The soup served at the side is also very nice, especially the slices of pork which is so tender and almost melt in mouth. It'd be great if they provide sambal instead of the chopped chilli in soy sauce. Overall I love and would revisit for the soupy version.
