★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for repair here twice previously. The service are great and information relayed clearly. The technician recommendation also conveyed to customer, and usually it is not critical. But due to establishing a satisfying after repair usability it is pays to listen and weight your option. Sometimes it is because esthetic, sometime it is because of water resistance restoration after back/screen removed to access internal part to be replaced. And for every internal parts replaced there will be some risk of memory storage wiped clean and this too will be clearly mentioned. By the way I went there 1st because of warranty claim, the 2nd is major repair required a year later.
P/S may I know when are you going to open? I want to sent my phone again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Huawei Service centre. Lined up for promo battery replacement for 2 hours, they said battery stock no more. And cannot do anything. Have to come line up again next week when stock arrive. Cannot pay first, or make appointment. Treat customer like a joke, waste customer time for fun.
The next day, I go Pavillion service centre, walk in, line up 5 minutes in Aircond seating. Fixed battery immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less crowded center here. Suggest to come by monorail or jockey your car at the entrance. Service Is quite fast, they'll revert you the charges within 2 hours after ractiying your issue. Very professional done. Wear mask and strick sop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the day before my visit to ensure battery stock is available. Call agent is friendly while reminding phone backup n others required precautions. Only 4customers can walk in and balance would need to wait outside the center. It is reasonable waiting time (80mins)for whole process of battery replacement.
