★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe I was expecting better, but my experience here was not satisfactory.
Yes, the staff are nice, however, they did not fix my problem. I went so that they can check on my camera "portrait" mode (V15 Pro), but they said its the way that I took the picture. If that is the case, then I must say I regret that I bought this phone. I bought because of the good reviews on the camera, and I love to take pictures of the flowers, and with this phone, I can't get the results that I want compare to my previous older and cheaper phone.
The staff said he did some adjustments to the camera, but I am still not getting the sharp main object effect that I want.
I guess I won't be repeating my purchase with Vivo in the future because of this frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ payment paid thru QR pay and customer service officer said did not receive payment and ask to wait for 1-2 days till payment receive only can release my phone.
today is 3rd day and nobody bother to contact me till i call and check the payment status. Same answer revert that payment not receive and ask me to wait again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with the service. We came in to get phone checked (green vertical line on screen). Was told they will check and replace if it's a warranty issue and said to come back in 2hrs. But phone was ready in just over an hour. Really good service, we didn't expect to get the phone on the same day. Keep it up.
