Technician service also very slow and does not check on the problems thoroughly and simply charge for high price as the 1st service says no problem and the 2nd service states that need ti charge rm6000. Worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to change new LCD screen, and front desk staff said that will only need 2 hours to fix it. After 2 hours call me up for collection, the front desk staff find out the screen did not glue properly, send in to technician to glue back again. This took me another 1 hour again! If the technician do the works properly initially, I won't have to wait for another 1 hour. After this experience, kind of regret to buy Huawei phone with this kind of "professional" after sales service ??♀️

As they said come before 5pm can repair our phones and get it on that day, and we came before 5pm and queue so waited about 30minutes, when reached us it has passed 5pm for few minutes and they said not able to get on that day. Can the customer service be improved and informed the customer clearly next time? What time exactly have to reached ? It has wasted our time to wait there. So slow the service as all of us have to stand there for so long and when reached us say cannot already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changed Screen Protector. its peeling off in 2 days, easily getting scratches, very poor quality. The owner claims the screen protector is worth Rm80 but it spoilt within few days with normal usage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get a replacement screen for my Mate 30 Pro 5G, was completed within 1hr. Quick,friendly and efficient service. The only downside is the very expensive replacement screen cost by Huawei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to change the screen protector for mate 20pro. They changed a screen protector which I being told that it is nicer. Unfortunately the screen protector was opened up in less than one hour after fixed. I went back there the next day, they changed a new one for me. I'm so grateful for that. It seems very good service. But it wasted my time to go back there because of the poor quality of the screen protector.
They said my phone cover made the problem. Therefore I dare not to put cover for my mobile phone. But same thing happened again and I have to go back there to fixed it again. Obviously it was not the phone cover that made the problem.
Finally I need to pay for a different new screen protector which has lesser problem. My main concern is that I need to go there 3 times just for small things and need to pay extra money and spend extra time to fixed it because they recommended me an unsuitable screen protector at the beginning and created so many problems for me.
I was quite disappointed as I willing to pay higher price of RM89(it is expensive for me) for a screen protector to avoid problem but ended up with many problems instead of the benefit . Hope you guys can improve on this and stand in someone else's point of view. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and polite staff. A chinese female staff served me. Went there because my earphone adaptor did not work when i used it at home. After troubleshoot, turned out that i didnt put the earphone tight into the adaptor. When i was there, there was no queue, so the sevice was quite fast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made my service appointment through My Huawei app. Battery replacement for P30 Pro (Rm76 each on 2/Apr/2022). Only paid for battery cost, labour charges were waived on Huawei Service day. Repair job completed in 1 hour. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Definitely 5 stars ratings.
