★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hard to find, need to use the escalator next to Watsons to go up. Business hours are in the pic, but best to call and check due to MCO timings. If they don't answer, they're probably not open. They pick up fairly quickly when they're open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good in handling customers, without long hours of waiting. Sop is measured. Good place to get original parts. You can call to find out stock availabilities without going. This really saves time. They dont usually promote additional part for they sales target, so if you need anything extra such as screen protectors, etc, pls request. Fast and reliable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this service outlet at Amcorp Mall to attend to my complaint of (a) sudden loss of battery power after taking a picture snapshot (b) sometimes handphone " hanged".
Service personnel was respectful, courteous & attentive.
I was told it's not a software problem but the battery & need replacement.
I was there around 1pm , spent about 20 minutes & was told to return at 4.45pm to collect it.
The outlet interior ambiance could have been more presentable to build trust & confidence.
I took back my phone the following day after a SMS reminder that my phone is ready for collection.
So far I did not experience recurrence of sudden loss of battery power & hope the battery is the root cause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time to be attended by the customer service counter takes more than 1 hour on 28 Dec 2020. Maybe I came on a wrong day. There were 3 out of 4 serving counters at that time. My ticket no. was 12.32 pm and I was only called upon around 1.45pm. I was there only for a Huawei battery replacement which only just have to drop the phone and leave, collect at a later time. I only have to wait for +/- 8 other more customers before my turn which I think should be quite fast. A lady customer who came before me took over counter no. 3 like forever with her phone issue. Cannot imagine how long other customers at the back have to wait for her. I would suggest that in the future there should be an express counter for battery replacement issues which I think takes less than 5-10 mins to attend per customer waiting time. Cut-off time for special cases like the lady should not take more than 10 mins with a simple diagnose and to leave the phone overnight to be attended later. Please look into this kind of service seriously as your centre is also sharing services with other big brand names too. It is not an appropriate approach to keep your customers waiting unreasonably. Can your centre compensate the cost of my battery replacement against the waiting time which I have lost ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I sent in the phone for service due to the swollen battery my phone are working with no issue. Immediately after changing the battery the phone overheat and keep turning off by itself. Resent for service and was told the main board issue. Who to blame on? B4 changing the battery I don't have any problem with my phone. As a service provider you should give me an explanation instead of telling not your fault. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit disappointed with this service centre at AmCorp mall, called to ensure battery stock availability, replied that a unit still available, requested to reserve that unit,.. Ok agree with Mike that keep a day for me.. But buta buta early morning reached the centre after filled all the forms, took out my sim card... Luckily I still around, else I will be another buta buta wait for 2 hours then tell me.. "sorry the battery has been reserved for Ms Wong", time wasted, parking need to pay Rm3.00, but no apology from Mike on this... Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst Huawei Service centre I am visited. Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff at the service centre at AMCORP Mall. When I am attended with one of the male staff. I am requested him to checked my handphone whether need to repair or change the battery. He dont even look into my phone. Just told me if you think you want to change the batteries I just change for you. But he is not sure whether the phone need to repair or not. He told me I need to leave the phone for him to checked for few days. I told him others service centre no need to wait and able to check and collect it on the same day. He told me that is different company. This staff is helpless and non knowledgeable. Anything asking him replied with not sure and maybe. I think this service centre don't have technician and they need to send to other place for repair.
