★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to replace my battery. It was swiftly and hassle free. A spare phone was given to me while waiting, so that I wouldn't miss any important call. The customer service Ms Yuki was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Explained the procedure to me patiently. I would give her SIX Stars if I could. Overall a very pleasant experience. Good job, Huawei!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I plan to change my mate 20 pro battery, then i called to service center make appointment, i call on monday but i only free on Saturday, the service center or Ms Krystal to be precise did keep on follow up with me and remind me of the appointment. When i am at the counter, Ms Krystal also explain the process patiently to me, she some more teach me the tips of how to make battery last longer and also how to make backup of my phone. I feel very safe to pass my phone to her to replace the battery. 5 star to Ms Krystal of her excellent service! Good job!

I was impressed by the service n dedication rendered as they tried their very best to solve my phone issue patiently n stay behind extra 1 hr even the center closed at 7pm. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time visit Huawei Service Centre and my experience with this branch was very pleasant. Called here before came and they answered all my questions very detail and patient. Made an appointment before coming to change my mum's phone battery, their staff will call you to confirm the reservation, and sharing details such as phone model, repair time, price, warranty. It only took around half an hour for repairing process. Ms Sharen assisting me the process from end to end, very polite, good smiling, and professional. I also honored by a free phone casing after repair. Recommended this Service Centre to whoever require assistance with their Huawei device. Thumbs up and keep the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased a new Huawei Matebook D15 laptop, found the obvious scratches around the screen front bezel only after using it in a few days. Quickly brought it to this Service Centre since it is still within 7days of DAP. Initially the experience was unpleasant due to some challenges and miscommunication between Customer Care Agent and the Service Centre PIC. Despite the hiccups, the Service Centre Manager, Joanne managed to resolve my issue amicably and get the front bezel changed in less than an hour. Kudos to Joanne, for her professionalism in handling customer-related issue. Strongly recommend to visit this Service Centre if you have any issue with your Huawei-related gadgets!
