β β β β β My parcel has been stuck there for a week and almost two weeks now! I don't know what's their problem to keep my parcel there. I used to receive my parcel on 14 Dec ago but because of them I still didn't receive it! I reported about this and unfortunately they did nothing. Just ask for forgiveness and my parcel still at the same place. Goshhh, nak je aku kasi berudu gigit diorang.

β β β β β I don't know, did the Shopee management really look into this issue?
It is not about one or two cases, but it is A LOT.
I am sure if the quality of Shopee's sorting centre, especially PCH sorting centre (and U10 Sorting centre based on lawyat forum), will be always this low, I can assure you someday Shopee will be replace by other.
Stop being ridiculous please.

β β β β β Service level sux to d max. Not even self pick up is allowed immediately. Worse even a reply for an update needs 3-5 working days. Ridiculously dysfunction. To management, please redesign, remodulate the system in a logical way.

β β β β β My item not moving at all at this hub for the last 4 days and expect they will only deliver it at the end of delivery date. Stupid shopee xpress. Even my china order arrived faster than this. Will avoid shopee in future even if the price a bit higher. No wonder they remove courier options. If not, nobody will choose this.
UPDATE: not move at all until overdue(~11 days). Call to cancel suddenly start moving. Lesson learnt. Started using Lazada and found out they have crazy vouchers. Thanks shopee xpress and sayonara.

β β β β β My parcel came to my house 20 May, but then they said unable to scan the qr code so then said will deliver again later. Until now 1 June, still havent received it although shopee said delivered. Did they just eat my parcelβ¦.?
