★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent!! I came for the great Reuben sandwich! Stayed for a couple craft beers and the special Pecan Walnut Bourbon pie! What a treat. Very enjoyable meal. Look forward to returning! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there two days in a row. First we had the cheese and meat platter which was exquisite. The goulash soup is cooked to perfection. My friend couldn't stop commenting that he loves Mr Hudson after our first meal lol. So we went there for sandwiches again the next day. And god. The reuben and panini is heaven. We even forgotten to take pictures!

Toilets are clean, parking is quite accessible and close to the main toad so easy to just drop in. Will definitely come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the food there. Authentic taste with large portion. Tried Reuben Sandwich, Sausages, Burrata salad and burnt cheese cake and everything tasted exceptionally good. Worth the trip even though it is far from town and i couldn't find similar taste anywhere else in Penang Island.

A cute sandwich joint camouflage among a role of shophouses at Tanjong Bungah area.
Friendly staffs, authentic New York style sandwiches minus French fries on the side (thank God) generous portion of salad instead. They also have a variety of craft beers. What a wonderful way to usher in the weekend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hudson’s Deli is very much a real neighborhood deli, with a traditional deli menu; great sandwiches, salads, small meals and good coffee. For me the highlight is the Reuben’s and is as good as the New York original, packed with meat and sauerkraut. All on great bread, with fresh salads. The owner is always hard at work, you can see him preparing the salads and meats fresh for every order. A variety of imported meats, cheeses are available to take home. A very Europe style experience in an unpretentious cafe environment. Highly recommended.
