★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought from Hwa Ching since 2010 till today. prices are cheaper than competitors and most often they are able to secure limited and collector editions for a collector like me. when i deal with online purchase, the packaging is normally something i am fussy about like requesting more layers of protection. Hwa Ching is very good at this, creating DIY boxes and putting sufficient layers of bubble wraps. my games always arrive timely and in great condition. i cannot think of a better game shop to patronize. would like to thank the staff for providing good service to me. keep up the good work Hwa Ching. May you be around for many many years to come so that we can continue to purchase games at good price and quality from you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a loyal customer of Hwa Ching games for nearly 10 years, since its early days at Holiday Plaza. And to to this very day, they remain the best video games retail outlet I've ever patronized. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, the one that won me over is their commitment to provide the best price and service to their customers. The owner, Mr Tan, never fails to fulfill my requests and continues, to this very day, gave me his best service. Easily one of the best game stores in JB, hands down.
Edit: Pay no attention to the 1 star reviews you see here as those were given by the staff of his next door competitor. Do drop by his shop to see the prices and services yourself before judging. There's a reason why I've been their loyal customer for almost a decade. Their quality speaks for itself.
