★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not friendly at all. No need to come la. I came to buy with zero knowledge about console. Asking, but answer like nak tak nak. If lazy to entertain your customer just quit your job lah! If he okay talking, explain, I really buy one. Train your staff to be more friendly la. Big shop but staff suck. Haiyaa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked through their Whatsapp wether a specific product was in stock, was told by their representative that It was instock and drove 2 hours to their store to purchase it. Arrived later to learn that it was not in stock and they weren't sure if the other branches had stock or not. Wasted time and Petrol to come down to purchase a product that I was assured was in stock. Waste of my time and petrol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got myself a Nintendo-Switch Ringfit but the staff says there is no warranty which I later found out there are other merchants which offer 7 days 1to1 exchange if any issues. The staff only say they are willing to change the game if it could not be started in 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find and the service was very good! Finally able to get my hands on my first console since the original Xbox. Price of my console is definitely higher than MSRP, but not too bad considering it has not even been officially released in Malaysia. Because of MCO, the shop is a bit in disarray but the bulk of their business is done online anyway, so the little bit of mess isn't actually a problem.
I prefer the Xbox over the PS ecosystem because of Xbox Game Pass and the Halo franchise, so picking up the Series S was a no brainer for me. And my fingers actually retained its muscle memories of using the Xbox controller, so I slipped back into gaming pretty quickly.

I didn't give bad reviews, I said amateur. Your staff is not well knowledgeable at the time of my visit. Product descriptions and game details asked but simplied answered no. I ask for a game and your staff says they don't sell it. But it was just there on the deck. Maybe your staff is not interested to "layan" me. Maybe I was not impressive to be a gamer.
Again I reiterate I did not give bad review. I gave you explanation because you asked. To improve your shops shopping experience, treat all customers as gamers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best gaming experience shop in Johor Bahru. The most complete gaming accessories as well. The staffs are quite friendly and will attend to your needs. The crowd might be handful sometimes so plan your visit carefully.
