Charge you differently/randomly for the same type of alterations when you go back just a week or two later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I specifically told the lady to alter the length of Jeans to 39 inches and she even wrote it down on the receipt. But instead she cut it down to 38 inches. Bravo. Never going there to alter anything ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five day turnaround for Dry Cleaning services and when asked why the lengthy wait time - “short on staff but you can pay extra for Express.”
So basically, customers are expected to pay extra for Express because their regular Dry Cleaning service is slow due to their own management’s inefficiency.
I have opted to try a different Dry Cleaning service as there are plenty of options within the area for both drop off and/or delivery.

I sent my clothes over for dry cleaning and when I wanted to pick it up, I can see the item from far and told her that, she said that she has checked it and it's not there and spent the next 7 minutes looking for my item with her unpleasant facial expression. Geez could have saved that 7 minutes if the staff isn't so arrogant. I said thank you when I wanted to leave, but some people just don't know a simple manner.
