★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their signature purple rice yogurt are delicious and it can fill my stomach especially I'm hungry. The taste was so refreshing and excellent it wasn't sour and sweet. Their stuff are friendly too, they will ask for your opinion. The environment are clean too and there's free WIFI. I would suggest any of you watching this come to this shop and try it out.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ytd I decided to bring my friends to have yogurt drinks after the first visit with good experience (purple rice yogurt 50% sugar 50% ice but not too sour). However, the staff messed up with the order number and drinks, it ended with wrong persons had the wrong drinks. Also on my drink's sticker was written L. Honey l.ice even though i asked for half half. So i did reconfirm with her, she said her colleague will do it right. I trusted her but in the end i got a very sour drink which had a very different taste from my last visit. I tried to inform her but she insisted that the colleague was doing it right and the manager said it will be sour (then either this drink or the last drink they made was actually wrong drink for me?). I was so disappointed but to lessen the issues, i accepted it. When I got back to my seat, i was shocked to see a mess of accidentally spilt drink after the staff had dropped one drink to the floor when the staff was sending the drinks. She is responsible to clean the mess, really thankful for her even though she made so many mistakes. Maybe she is new, i am not sure. But the way the boss to handle my case wasn't satisfying indeed by ignoring my issue. Perhaps all the mistakes made by the staff were indirectly caused by the manager because her staff wasn't well trained. Hopefully they can improve this.

I was so amazed by the taste !!
Now I couldn't stop myself from loving their drinks.
Any option to go larger size pls?
I drink 2 cups at once XD

Sadly the recent orders' quality drop. Pls be extra caution to the drinks also, the staffs training. If urs staffs changed frequently, you might need to think how to retain them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the purple rice, it's delicious. It can also be quite filling. Price wise is quite costly so maybe once in a while is OK. Most importantly the waiting time is quite fast in comparison to other brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acceptable with minor improvement required on the customer service consistemcy especially when taking orders from the customers. Will have problem getting parking suggest to park couple blocks away at the designated car basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice yogurt drink, it is thick and have strong oat taste. Price was a little expensive, but it is considered ok since a lot of bubble tea shop is in this price range as well. Unfortunately, the seal of the drink is very loose, when I poke open the drink with my stainless steel straw, the edge of the seal opened instead and the drink splashed everywhere. Need improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in late night because this place is one of the shops that closes at 11pm, the rest are earlier. Tried their Avo-cuddle yoghurt and gosh it was mind blowing! Love it so much I used a spoon to scoop up whatever remaining the straw couldn't pick up. I've returned quite regularly ever since. The place is already clean and quiet, hope they pick up on business again. Recommended.
