β β β β β The staff varies, one of them being notorious out of the staff stationed in this chain. At certain occasions, it's the staff that's the norm from previous years that gives the decent customer service it does.
I've only seen them at night so far, maybe it was a coincidence that I kept being served by the not so favourable staff member of this year that has shown up in the reviews.
For that, I'm annoyed that they're doing the job with a depressive, annoyed attitude that I'll have to deal with whenever I'm entering this chain for a sandwich unless it's the staff that isn't mentioned from the reviews.
The bread's been fine and the meats were decent enough and no encounters with bizarrely spoiled foods yet or inconsistency.
They don't take credit cards.

β β β β β My wife ordered roasted chicken sub on 02/09/2020 08:35:43.
The meat was still partly frozen cold, and cheese was partially melted.
I requested replacement, however, Adi/Arid, the staff, was very rude and seems does not believe my complaint. I insisted him to touch the patty if is it still cold or hot. Reluctantly, he proceeds only to replace it with new hot patty on original bread which was in contact with cold patty. This is against standard food handling and hygiene.
When I asked for whole new replacement, he said I need to pay for the new one. I PAID for the new sandwich as it not expensive item but itβs matter of principle and reflecting poor handling of my food as well as staff training of an established food chain. My new receipt no is 1/A-60482-215632 on 02/09/2020 08:49:03.
Seriously, this branch and Subway management need to ensure all staff are trained to have basic knowledge on food hygiene and handling.
On the positive side, Mr Ammar, the manager who was not in shop at the moment, was very helpful and promised to look into the issues.

β β β β β I visit here very often. 2 female worker was very helpful. However when I visit today, the MALE WORKER who being cashier, really need to get training.
The guy charge wrongly so I had to pay double times and when I complaint, purposely gave me wrong cookies. ( I ordered 2choco, 1macadamia/ gave me 2macadamia 1raisin) my sis who has allergy of raisin, had a few pieces. if she got any problem, I'm going to sue Subway MY headquarter. I strongly ask to owner of this shop, check CCTV for this issue. The guy worker who dealing with FOOD, have even no basic knowledge about food!!

β β β β β Very upsetting experience. My 2nd visit, server was super rude as though Iβve owed him a millions ringgit. Iβd advise the employer/ owner to take a look at the staff attitude. Customer doesnβt owe u anything.

β β β β β Was so hungry and thought of grabbing my brunch real quick then i came across subway. I ordered one of their high protein series (NEW MENU) which is Breaded Chicken Cutlet and add on one scoop of avocado! YES, it's avocado! ?
