β β β β β I got voucher free full tinted worth of rm300,only pay for labour cost 200,.u know what.. when i reach there only valid for clear green color tinted..like u don't have other choice which is worth the voucher..there is other various of dark tinted but have to add 300,500..what the fish...i got cheated man..so what's the purpose of voucher..all u give is hidden charges.lol.

β β β β β I visit your place. Your tinted spec don't meet jpj spec. I have to wear my front tinted in front of puspakom. You mention in receipt jpj spec. Disappointed. Paid rm1200 for tinted.

β β β β β Got the best service from ikool, pretty salesgirl patiently explain the specification of tinted, and Jpj Spec... I purchased security film with IRR 85% for my new Honda Civic, nice film and will recommend to my friends and relatives ?

β β β β β I guess mostly of customer who came here are to claim their voucher .Trust me, the voucher is just some kind of marketing strategy to pull you to their shop. Even after apply voucher, you still hv to pay for 1k-2k. Cz their products price ranging within 1.2k -3++k. I know this price is normal for those USA solar film brand like 3m, raytech, v-kool as their products are quality proven. If take a look on I kool products, the boxes are printed "Made in USA" as well, but then you cant obtain any of the official website from google by just key in "i-kool" ,hence I believe the tint thy use are those oem products just simply put their homebrand name on it. While is it the origin frm usa still a question, as thr is no cert to prove that. Also the skill of their labor is not as good as expected, I hv to go retint again cz there is a scratch on my windscreen film that causing by the mistake of labor. The 3 stars is for their service, the tint I will try for few months first to chck it out the quality, will review again after few month . If you have the voucher as well, dont rush to the shop first, go survey first. If you really want quality tint, top up your budget to 2- 3k, and find a authorized 3m dealer for that. As if you get your service from I kool, most likely the same amount of money you will going to spend, but then if like 3M, raytech, vkool they are all verified USA products, whereas I kool is an unknown sources of products, although "made in usa" was printed, but then no cert or official website to back it up. Take note this advice, you will not regret if you listen to me.

β β β β β EXPENSIVE-NOT EXPERIENCED-WAITED 5HRS
The salesgirl Elynn Leow told me it will only take 1.5hours but I end up waiting 5hours to get my tint done eventhough my car is very small. Why? Because they did other car who came AFTER me.
Btw, the worker is clearly inexperience. The worker himself admitted to me that it was βdifficultβ for him to do my car due to the βshapeβ. The worker actually repeated the same procedures for three times before successfully installing the tint on the back part. This back part itself took 2hrs.
Funny thing is the salesgirl wont even be bothered to apologize. Guess what? She disappeared for an hour around 5-6pm. When i express my frustration at her, she just walk away and she totally ignored me most of the time. What kind of manners and customer service is this?
I told her to just refund and let me go, but she wouldnt. She even went to close the gate just so i cant drive out.
Seriously guys, dont come here n waste ur time and get a poor workmanship.
The price is all marked up here. Even with vouchers, u end up paying more. If u still want to come just becoz of the voucher, i wish you all the best

β β β β β I came here because Perodua dealership gave me a RM500 voucher. Got disappointed with the price range of products they offered and walked away. The cheapest package for a small car is RM1100 and it went up to more than 2000 for better films. I went somewhere else and got an American brand film manufactured by Commonwealth Laminating and Coating USA for less than RM400. The sales woman Crystal was friendly and polite, offered me rm100 diacount so 3 stars for that.

Poor workmanship,after sales service is the worst!
All the vouchers u get from SA is just a marketing strategy to fool you.
Sent my car for tint, 4 hours later got my car with a scratch on the passenger side window panel.
Sale girl (jesse) refuse to take responsibility of the damage done by workers. I even spoke to the manager to settle the problem cause by their sales n workers and even the manager is blaming customer for it.
Tinted is not as requested and blaming customer for the mistake.
I have made official complaint to KPDNKK on this premise.
There are 1001 better tint shop out there, avoid this premise.
