★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes a very long time for them to prepare your order. The restaurant is certainly not hygienic. The lady boss does not take her business seriously. All she does is asking you to wait on your table while she stares at her phone. The price is standard but the service and the taste is meh. Definitely wont come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just tapao from there. Order minced pork panmee, no minced pork, no egg, no vege. If you don't have ingredient already, just inform customer sold out. Don't cheat customer in this way.
I tapao 4packs all like panmee kosong. This is the way to do business?
Highly not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service, it took me 30 mins for just a bowl of noodle, after waiting for 25 mins they told me they missed out my order, there were only 5 customers in the shops n some takeaways. But after reading some of the reviews I realised I was not the only one who had bad experience. How could u charge for service tax for this kind of service provided?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling restaurants for many many times but no pick up calls. I order 2 packs of fried chicken nasi lemak, but egg was missing! I really dislike this kind of dishonesty! Hi all, advisable to open every box of order before leaving restaurant!

The real dish of food is totally different from the picture. The most unexpected thing is I only got 1/4 of the half boiled egg for 1 dish( this is so surprise no egg yolk in the egg ), using only spinach leaves ( this still can understand), no dry anchovies, no mushroom.
No staff to check on the status in MySejahtera for dine-in customer, your staff just let them sit and have their meal without checking on their vaccine status.
I hope the owner can bring back the good service and food quality like PREVIOUSLY. You had change many ingredients which will lower down your food quality.
Please be honest to your customers. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered thin noodle but comes with thick one. Wait for about 45 minutes for the food to be served but there are not much customer. The Pan Mee taste good just that the waiting time is too long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience: Will not come back ever again. I mum mum should just take control of their franchising quality per se.
Drinks: takes up to 20minutes to serve 4 cups of beverage and drinks came cold. It should have been hot but the cashier decided to serve walk-in takeaway customers first. That includes him standing and waiting like a rock for the customer to look thru their menu and take their order, leaving my ordered drinks unattended.
Food: food came before the drinks, fantastically twisted. Taste are just okay but its not hygienic. The spinach was not trimmed carefully and it has sand in it. Gotta wash my mouth after that. Not fun biting into sand. Thanks for the experience tho.
Sitting area: Not hygienic, there are up to 3 houseflies being accompanying me while i am eating. Not to mention there the steps inside the shops are sticky and greasy.
Service: The staff is showing clueless actions even i was standing at the counter with my wallet in my hand, the staff is standing there looking into the air until I told him, I WANT TO PAY. Then only he starts to realise there is no unicorn floating in the mid air. It will help the shop if the manager hires proactive staffs and get rid of redundancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is nice but service….. while eating, I went to the counter and buy another noodles for take away then after I finished my meal and paid. I was waiting the whole time, 20mins min. Then I checked on the receipt, they did not include it! Then when I asked them again, who knows the noodles alr done, is there the whole time on the table that the staff sit, but they just leave it there. So you expect me to guess that that’s my noodles?
I’ve been to this restaurant many time, the service is as bad as usual even though the food is nice.
