โ โ โ โ โ This shop is very hot, there is no air conditioning. I do not know how the workers here can survive without air conditioning. I hope the managment can improve the air conditioning, a sense of pity to look closely at the workers

โ โ โ โ โ Very dishonest staff. Make sure to always get a receipt to avoid getting swindled!
Three days ago, I wanted to resize my SIM card from a micro SIM to a nano SIM, and the staff quoted a fee of RM 10. However, after my SIM was resized, the staff refused to give me a receipt, saying that they don't give receipts for technical related jobs. I reasoned that customers would get receipts for other technical-related jobs, e.g. fixing laptops. He became defensive and adamant, and so I left without a receipt.
Yesterday, I called the same store to enquire about resizing SIM cards, and the staff gave me a quote of RM 5. When I recounted my experience to him, he made excuses on behalf of his colleague, saying he did not know better because he was new (I did not give the name of the first staff, so he couldn't possibly have known if the staff was new or not). He was unapologetic and said that he could reprint a receipt if I still wanted one, completely ignoring the price discrepancies and dishonesty of the staff.
Because of his reluctance to let me speak to the manager of the store, I had to eventually call a different outlet, after which an attending supervisor spoke to me and said that he will look into the matter.
Overall, very shocked with the lack of professionalism and integrity of the staff at this iStore outlet and the difficulty that I had to go through to make a complaint.

โ โ โ โ โ Awful service. The staff did not ask to help us when we entered the shop. Then when we were testing the portable speakers, one of the staff came and turned on a boom box loud to play his own music! He did not say anything or even look at us. I turned off the boom box in order to hear the portable speaker tests, and he turned it on again to play his own music! So rude - I was shocked!

โ โ โ โ โ Staff were terribly rude and unattentive. Asked for a fitbit and a sales guy called EL looked so disinterested..I tried to ask questions but was disinterested..i asked him whats his problem and he asked me whats mine..arrogant!!!
Dont go here..service is appalling

โ โ โ โ โ First you repaired my iPad because the screen broke, and guess what, it came back with the letter โoโ Not functioning, then I bring it back to the store to get that repaired, and it comes back with the homebutton not working, and I swear to god it was functioning perfectly before you brought it back. Whoever is reading this find a better place to shop at.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought two phones at this store over last 2months.
There is good and very smart staff however I was totally disappointed because of few other staffs for the other days.
I got a very bad images and if somebody who could see this review, really appreciated if you could make the improvement with your staffs who is not willing to take care or react with no interesting when they were requested something from the customer. It has been brought last night actually.

โ โ โ โ โ Even though I was having multiple problems such as MySejahtera , Apple ID and passwords, and it seemed to be very complicated to change phone, But 2 guys really helped me, They listened to me and they settled the problem one by one and I could get my new phone with MySejahtera app properly installed. I really appreciate their patience and big helps.
If you are thinking to change your phone but you forgort your important passwords like me and felt like impossible to buy new one โฆ , this is the place you should visit. They are very patient and helpful . I canโt thank enough ?
