β β β β β This big bearded guy with a blue shirt (I think he's manager there), REFUSED to give his name after He rudely SHOT DOWN my questions with UNHELPFUL ONE WORD answers while looking super impatient. No other staff jumped in to help. Seems like they all used to seeing customer treated like TRASH by this guy. Waste. Of. Time.

β β β β β I'm Very sad the "ma vape" store nearby closed, was run by a great guy. This is definitely the worse alternative option for their lack of help and inflated prices. Will 100% be going to the other stores around the corner

β β β β β Azlan and Sai are the best staff I have ever encountered in my 6 years of living in Malaysia. They are both very helpful and respectful when trying to satisfy your vaping needs. I would 10/10 recommend you come to The Podshop in Hartamas for a entertaining and helpful experience that you are unlikely to forget!!!

β β β β β So I wanted to get into vaping. Trying to get advice and tips from the staff on how to take care and use the vape. My questions were met with a blank stare and a dead tone. Unbelievably unhelpful. I don't understand why they were so rude to me?!

But then I came here today. Everywhere it says that they are working until 11pm. In Google maps, Facebook group, their Instagram profile - everywhere. So I drove there for 20 minutes and arrived at 10:05pm.
Grill was half closed but the staff was still there. I knocked and they said that they are closed. Meanwhile even on the door it said that they close at 11pm.
I asked maybe they can help me out, I drove specifically here. But they said βcome tomorrowβ.
Yes, I understand that you probably changed your schedule and didnβt notify your customers in any channels. But everywhere it said you close at 11pm, how am I supposed to know? I was there, stuff was there - it would take them literally 30 seconds to help me out. But no. Ok, I do the same and never coming back.

β β β β β I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 because the Ex-Manager Hazi was a great guy and gave me good customer service. Now the shop is but a shell of what it once was with the staff always like they just want you out so they can go back to the little computer room in the corner. Truly a shame. I hope Hazi is doing well, I will try to find where he moved too.

β β β β β It shames me to say that a vape store can ruin my day. But this one did. Unbelievably rude. It's unfortunate that I actually liked the shop over the others ones in the area. This ruined my experience completely, ex manager was so much kinder and friendlier. Shame to see how far the shop has fallen in terms of quality of products and service.
