★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst kind of management experience. Came here on Saturday and been asked to have an appointment first, said ok, is there anything else. They said no.
Fine, so I came on Sunday, I give i-kad (international student) they said I need passport to register. Then I go back to dormitory and returned with passport. Took hour in the process. Now they went back inside their chamber and said cannot checkup with doctor as my last visit to Bangladesh was within 30 days.
However,
i) why they couldn't inform it earlier?
ii) why the information posted on desk differs from real behave? (picture mentioned only mainland China)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time going to this dental clinic today afternoon for dental care with my family members thinking they are good as was recommended. But during removal of the tartar on my teeth cavities by the lady dentist in charge, she was rushing the job none stop causing some discomfort on my teeth cavities & without giving any short recess (like my previous dentists did to check if patient is feeling ok) to at least allow me to rinse my mouth or inspect if my cavity is ok. I think there are many patients today so she was rushing the job & half way through the treatment the receptionist came into the room to talk to the dentist, the dentist didn't stop while she was talking to the receptionist. She still putting her tools into my mouth onto my teeth for tartar removal but without both eyes on my tooth cavities. That's one hell of a scary experience for me as if only 2 pairs of hand doing the dental treatment without a pair of eyes. I don't know how much blood gush out of my mouth thereafter but i am a person who can withstand pain but this is no joke. After the session is finished & when I start to rinse my mouth, i felt the slight pain in my mouth & flushing blood out from my mouth. I didn't think too much then thinking it should be ok, but after almost 8 hours into the night time, blood still flowing out of my teeth cavity & slight pain felt on my front teeth. Now i regretted going there as it caused me so much discomfort, pain & stress. This dental clinic team is definitely not very careful, attentive, caring & patient. This will be my last visit. And i hope that my teeth are not damage by the dentist in charge or become worst after this horrible visit.
