★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist is so friendly and are very soft spoken. She explained about the treatment in a way that easy to understand. The staff is also very helpful and good. The environment is also very clean and tidy. The technique used is very good as I didn't feel any pain or unpleasant feeling throughout the treatment. The price is also very affordable. Totally recommended.

Went on the weekend for treatment, Dr. Nick was very experienced in diagnosing and giving excellent consultation based on my toothache problem. By the way he consults, you will know he is a knowledgeable dentist and provide the best dental practices for his clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Dr Looi! She really took the time to explain what options I have and its pros and cons. I also did scaling and she was very gentle and so fairly priced. My appointment was on time and the atmosphere was cosy and clean.
Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for teeth cleansing which was reasonably good and Dr.Looi was very friendly. She explained everything in details and was very patient too. I was very scare to go to dentist but overall experience was still ok. I did a deep cleansing which was charged at rm 180. Clinic environment was clean and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appointment system sucks. Made an appointment a day before I visited. Arrived at my appointment time but I had to wait. I thought it was a short wait. Until I waited 50 mins and found out that they let a walk in customer at my time slot. What is the purpose of making an appointment if you are going to let a walk in customer go first? You don't even give a 5 minutes interval to wait for the customer who made an appointment. In the end I waited 50 mins just for a 10 mins checkup. The dentist was friendly and explained things thoroughly. Just fix your appointment system. Or don't even make one. The purpose is not even there. Just wasting my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable dentist who is happy to share her professional advices. Big thanks to Dr. Looi! Went there for scaling & polishing - she did a fine work. I'd no doubt rate that a 10/10 service.
The cons? Long waiting time expected even for those with appointment. My personal experience: extra 1.5 hours of waiting time. Much patience needed, but to be fair I must say, the good service does outweigh the cons to some extent.
