โ โ โ โ โ Lack of time management, over appointment time one hour and not even my turn. Ban this clinic permanently. I don't mind reschedule appointments but keep inform waiting at outside clinic.

Also the nurses there are always pretty and friendlyโจโจwould surely recommend it ?

โ โ โ โ โ First time to Tiew Dental Setia Alam with my hubby today, our attending doctor was friendly, calm and professional, pricing is reasonable too. We would definitely go back to them again.

โ โ โ โ โ Went for a checkup. Was told there's a crack. She did a filling for the crack. After one week, tooth was still sensitive so she did another filling on same tooth! Had pain for more than a week because was not prescribed pain killer. Was charge twice for the fillings. Up till now , tooth is still sensitive. Expensive and did not solve the problem. Will not come here again.

โ โ โ โ โ 2 thumbs up. Great dentist and awesome staff. Special shout out to Dr. NG for her patience and go slow with kids without pushing them past their comfort level.She is not only kind, caring and loving but providing outstanding dental care for her patient.
Highly recommended. We will never go anywhere else. Once again thanks for the high standard of care.

โ โ โ โ โ Waited for more than 1 hour only to be informed that u have to wait more. They could have tell how long I have to wait approximately instead of just letting people wait like that. If you still doesn't want to lose your walk in patients, then don't ask patients to wait blindly like that. Don't be greedy to sapu patients but you terribly fail in putting patients for appointments. Poor patient time management and the front desk doesn't even care to apologize. Will never come back
