★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only pro for writers is that you get to build a portfolio real quickly. Not a place for a long term career growth. No such things as bonuses. Professionalism doesn’t exist here. Still required to report for work at a fixed time, despite priding themselves as “innovative and pioneers of digital marketing” (they are absolutely not). They are formerly known as AMG International (publishing). Google that, grab some popcorn and feel free to relish in the numerous honest feedback from ex-employees (most who have most definitely moved on to greener happier pastures).
Overall management and culture is very toxic. If you’re up for that go for it. Otherwise prioritise your mental health and look else where. There are better companies out there to gain experience and further your career at while not having to belittled and spoken down too. This company simply just won’t do.
