★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost, I submit my loan and have paid the downpayment on Monday, funny things is.. the boss said I can collect my bike on Tuesday... whe the time comes he said the bike not ready.. the hell.. what u guys doing.. should u guys inform me first whats the problems with the bike before selling it.. now I have to wait... bad service..
on ads the dp price is low.. but when u submit the loan the dp has change higher...
Trust me, avoid at all cost.. find other shops..
ps : I wait my bike till today.. from tuesday still no calls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Purchase experience not very exciting because not able to nego & also no extra for bike accessories. Have to admit Bike 2017 Hyosung GTR650 Cheap RM11.8K. Compare to my past Purchase from other shop this would be the bottom of the list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My advice to those wish to purchase either motorcycle or accessories at this place please take extra care, there's no customer service at all and they just hand wash if there's any issue occurred.
I purchased a Benelli TRK251 at this shop with add on accessories aluminum side boxes, hand guard and crash bar. I found that water entering both of my aluminium side boxes 3 days later, I went back the next 2 days and they removed both aluminium side boxes for warranty claim.
Don't even tell you when the claim will be done until I asked, first told me 3 weeks time. After 3 weeks checked with them again and told me 1 to 2 months time. It's ridiculous to take such a long time for claim and not refundable, on top of that I don't think they provided me brand new items in the first place as it was rusted as shown in the picture below, I'm paying for brand new items but they provided me used.
Please kindly think twice when you decide to purchase either motorcycle or accessories. It is not a genuine business shop. They won't bother to attend to you once you paid. A very bad experience and not recommended shop.
