★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mall was absolutely wonderful, from customer service to the latest tech devices, very pleasing. We especially have no time left to go other places as the mall was quite big and a lot of options either custom build pc's or factory build also the special of this mal is their prices, some shops offer negotiable as well. And i have purchased a customized gaming Pc with a very good price.

Kao Yek Wholesaler at 1st Floor, sells IT accessories at a very reasonable price!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better be careful of the traders here. Especially the ones at the kiosk. They intimidate u into buying and when you decline, they bully u into embarrassment and tell u to go away. The first few shop particularly. Cant rem name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not expect any IT services here like KL Low Yat Plaza. Walk down by the few remaining shops on Penang's IT street mall and be disappointed with clueless IT resellers. No one knew how to fix a Windows password problem, not even the neighbourhood software expert uncle. Best to ask Google and save RM2.00 parking fees.
