S	Sean Garland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After coming from KL with their marvelous MRT - Penang is a bit of a shock, and this bus station exemplifies the issues. Very poor information-provision, dirty, run-down, dangerous, unhelpful drivers, inconsistent prices, nonsensical routes, infrequent services, packed buses, queue-pushers, gridlocked traffic, disabled Touch N Go scanners ... I could (but shouldn't) go on. Penang desperately requires investment in public transport as the traffic is dreadful - perhaps more people would use the buses if they weren't so terrible? I award two stars because, yes, the buses do eventually turn-up, and they do slowly get you to your destination for cheaper than the price of a Grab.
J	Jehan Girigoris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy tickets from private agents located near bus terminal to go KL sentral. These agents are unreliable. I was issued with two invalid tickets (by Grassland Agency near the terminal). I had to get down at Sungai Nibong bus terminal as it was booked by some one else. Watch out for fake tickets !

Really convenient to get to anywhere else, however I think the place could do some maintenance or upgrade because it is still the same old bus stop as it is years back! Convenient place thou if u need to take buses!
A	Adhil Arshath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the most important and convenient bus terminal to take all over Penang Island and it's transit for mid point terminal of bus series 101-401E series..Each line was segmented for seperate bus routes clearly mentioned on route board at entrance of bus stop you can easily seen bus arrival timings at the end of stop on top monitor then they inform about each bus arrivals so we could easily able to catch our Bus but one major minus thing here now a days terminal turning into most unhygienic and bad smell on the corner and making all dirty thing's and stuffing on the 401 series bus stop . especially on waiting time it made people into uneasy for long time wait mainly on bad smells ..so please look on to this issue from Penang Corporation to watch this keenly .
N	Nisha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like this terminal where it is unclean & dirt everywhere, so much bad smell also. Otherwise related to bus transportation it is convenient and good. All 100,200,300,400 series of Penang buses are coming to this terminal and each series have separate lane. Maintenance is must here.
S	Swiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus terminal excluding the mall is dark and dated. It is the bus terminal where the rapid Penang (interstate buses) stop. Chaotic and not so organized. There are many bus companies selling tickets out of Penang. These bus companies would pack you up into a minivan and send you to the Bus Terminal in Sungai Nibong.
T	Travel Alone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus central in penang. U can take a bus to all destination in the city here. For tourist want to airport can take from here bus number 401 or 401E in the line 4. About this place very crowded and dangerous area many people unknown and homeless here sleep in here. But don't worry.
S	Stephen ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sad state of affairs right under the seat of the corrupt State government whose officials ride in their S-class limos while the folks sleep on the streets. No WiFi as promised here or on any public bus or space because their cronies took the contract and ran off. Wait until the next elections, for these long suffering homeless to evict the corrupt officials in the edifice above..
