★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having to be uder this property for over 20 years, ( Casa Venicia Apartment) the management is much to be desired especially when trying to keep their properties up to date be it facilities or structure. Despite all the shortcomings and cutting down some facilities, (removing the sauna service which was available back in the days , the club house being transformed to management office, the building poorly maintained with the paint colour mostly covered with molds) the maintenace price continues to hike up. Still loving the location for it's nature but the management need to get on action.
